High Spirits Festival – Ticket Holder Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket holders of the High Spirits festival, hosted by Dirty Work Entertainment LLC. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at High Spirits involves inherent risks including personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. You voluntarily assume all such risks, including but not limited to those caused by loud music, crowds, physical activity, or communicable diseases (e.g., COVID-19). Dirty Work Entertainment LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained while attending the event.

2. No Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release Dirty Work Entertainment LLC, its staff, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any and all claims arising from your attendance. This includes injuries, damages, theft, or loss regardless of cause.

3. Ticket Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be granted unless the event is canceled with no reschedule.
  • If the event is canceled, refunds are limited to the face value of the ticket. Service fees, travel, lodging, and incidental costs are non-refundable.
  • Tickets may be revoked without refund for violating these Terms or for unlawful behavior.

4. Entry Requirements

Entry requires a valid ticket and government-issued ID. Entry may be denied or revoked for disorderly conduct, intoxication, or refusal to comply with event staff or policies.

5. Media Release

By attending, you consent to be filmed or photographed. You grant Dirty Work Entertainment LLC permission to use your image, likeness, and voice for promotional or commercial use without compensation.

6. Prohibited Items

  • No weapons, illegal substances, drones, outside alcohol, glass containers, or any item deemed unsafe by event staff.
  • All confiscated items are non-returnable.

7. Health & Safety

Attendees must follow all health and safety protocols. Dirty Work Entertainment is not liable for health-related issues or medical emergencies. On-site medical services may be available, but use is at your own risk.

8. Force Majeure

Dirty Work Entertainment is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including weather, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or similar unforeseen events.

9. Reentry & VIP Access

  • Reentry is allowed only for attendees who purchase a reentry add-on.
  • VIP tickets grant access to exclusive areas, but VIP amenities are subject to change without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
